We have been working very hard over the years to plant polinator plants throughout Blessington, huge thanks to all the team for all the hard work, to mention just a few Anita , Jason, Mary, Pieter and Chris from Birch & Fern. Our “Sunflower Project” has been particularly ambitious. We grew Sunflowers from seed for several years now in our poly tunnel and nurtured at home too. We also used seedling pots made from recycled paper mache papers. Our Chairman Jason took the lead on this and the final results was spectacular around the town. Thanks everyone.
