May 2022 Thanks to everyone who made it out today for our 1st Community Plawking event… and big shout out to Paul B. for getting it all arranged and sorting everyone out with refreshments & sweet treats afterwards… 19 volunteers, 12+ kms covered and several bags of litter collected and Blessington looking its best…
Great job everyone and a nice way to close out our efforts locally for An Taisce National Spring Clean 2022.
And for those who are wondering… what is it? Well “Plawking” is simply picking litter while walking in a social setting… and close relation of Plogging but that’s another days effort
